Flat or fat
Do your abs need some work? So do mine. I cannot seem to get there though with all the work I have been doing. I heard that abdominal exercises for a flat stomach are not all that they are cracked up to be and a good overall workout will suffice. Can I really slim down sooner than later if I try some of these green tea diet pills my mom keeps buying. She ended up giving them all to me because she has high blood pressure and they gave her a nose bleed that sent her to the emergency room. I better be careful too although I do not have high blood pressure.
