Dumbell Shoulders

I really like training my shoulders. I know also that training shoulders can be dangerous if you dont know what you are doing and just try to wing it. Your shoulders are used in just about every upper body exercise that you are going to do. Yuo can target the shoulders with some really great exercises that if done correctly will be very effective at stimulating muscle growth in your shoulders. I like dumbell workouts for shoulder work my self. THey have a way of letting you really feel the muscle working. You connect your mind to your shoulder muscles.
