It is not hard for an individual to operate programs on-line, in fact most school-age children can use the Internet and the computer with ease. There are a number of ways a person can use the Net. Some people use a dial-up connection which is controlled by a modem in their computer. A individual may have a broadband for Net usage. This can be cable or DSL. Sometimes internet usage is not available and the only way is to use a satellite, this would normally be when someone lives in a remote location.
