The Difference between Pilates and Yoga

Pilates differs from yoga in that it is a constantly moving routine whereas yoga is more static in nature. When you perform a pilates routine, typically you would do 5 to 10 repetitions of a specific movement and then progress to the next. Latex Sauna Suit: Alternatives Available

If you are allergic to latex, then a latex sauna suit is not an option for you. Exposure to latex in the individual who is allergic can cause him or her to go into anaphylactic shock. Anaphylactic shock is the most severe form of allergic reaction, and it occurs when the body’s immune system overreacts to the allergen, in this case latex, and can cause the person to go into shock, followed by rapidly falling blood pressure and difficulty breathing. It is possible in severe cases for death to occur without immediate medical attention. If you are allergic than you will want a sauna suit made out of an alternative material. Some alternatives include nylon, vinyl or plastic and are very cheap to buy and fix if need be.

The Disadvantage of Owning a Franchise

curves franchiseFranchise opportunities exist all over the world today. In fact, you are essentially paying for a copyright allowance to be able to use the reputation of the company that you're working for! Indeed, by owning a franchise you are essentially working for that company. Why else does McDonald's or Burger King require part of the profits from your franchise? A franchisee owner is essentially working their franchise location in order to send more profits back to the company headquarters, even though that's not the way that many would like to think about it.

Another disadvantage to owning a franchise, though, could possibly be the contract that you've locked yourself into. Considering the fact that the average contract length for a franchise store owner is usually 15 to 20 years at the onset it would truly make it difficult to get out of if a franchise owner was having trouble getting the popularity of the franchise store off of the ground in the first place. Furthermore, there may actually be hefty breach of contract fees as well if, in fact, your franchise doesn't do as well as projected and fails within the first few years!

Used Salon Equipment

I’ve managed to find a good source of Used Tanning Beds at least. That’s a good start. If I can find sources for the rest, I might just have enough money to get started.
I can’t wait to be my own boss, but I have to figure out the financials first.
