For our anniversary, my husband decided to surprise me with a cruise. He was pretty sneaky about it too. My boyfriend loves airsoft, and when I say loves, I mean that he probably dreams about them at night. When my three kids started taking karate, I was really pleased with all the positive effect that the training has on them.  They are doing better in school, because they listen more attentively, and they are also calmer, because they have this great physical outlet now. The biggest drawback that I found was the start up cost of getting them enrolled and supplied with what they needed.  a friend of mine suggested that I shop for sparring gear and karate uniforms on the Web.  I am sure glad that I followed her advice, because I found really great quality stuff at a much lower price than the studio.

I feel really happy that I could be a kid again… well, a big kid for that matter. I always thought before that once you get to be an adult you have no chance to play and be a kid at heart anymore. On lunch breaks three times a week, I go to the company gym to work out.  This is one of the ways that I can maintain my physique.  I started doing this because I wanted to know how to get a six pack fast.  Now, I exercise, eat a healthy lunch and take a quick shower all in my lunch hour.  Of course, if I had to go to a different gym at lunch time, it would be impossible to do but because the company has a fitness room on-site, it has helped me reach my goals and even maintain my goals.
