Salvaging Our Home with Debt Management
The mortgage company was about to foreclose, in a matter of a few weeks, and we were going to lose our house. There didn’t seem to be anything we could do, but my wife found a debt management program that helped us by lowering our other monthly payments enough, we could make the mortgage payment in full. We have some back payments to make, but the company doesn’t really want our house, so they are working with us. After all, it’s beneficial for them too. Sometimes, we can save ourselves from disaster if we just look for practical solutions rather than hoping th bad stuff will go away.
