Knowledgeable Inspectors Help Home Buyers
Just a few years back my husband and I made the decision to move out of our almost new two story home, into a smaller, older home with no garage. Why would we decide to do this? Because we wanted room for our kids to roam! We gave up the big house on a small lot, for a small house on 1.34 acres surrounded by forest. There’s no way we would’ve done this without first hiring a certified home inspector. I’m certain that the inspector we hired took inspector courses before starting his business. He was very knowledgeable and taught us a few things about keeping our home in tip top shape. He also gave us a complete run down on things that needed to be fixed. Although it cost a little bit of money, it was worth it because we were able to fix a few things before moving in, which saved us time and money in the long run.
