Using HR strategy to leverage labor practices
Working in the human resources industry can be a challenge. There are competing demands for labor across the divisions of the companies I work for. This would be fine in a virtual world if there were unlimited budgets but the harsh reality of business makes it necessary to impose budgetary controls and limit spending. I am meeting with the division heads next week to discuss hr strategy. There will be trade offs necessary to meet this years operational objectives and stay under budget.
