Regarding Lean Manufacturing Techniques
What with growing energy costs and other expenses, I’ve been looking into Lean Manufacturing Techniques to see if we can improve our efficiency.
Everything I’ve read about Implementing Lean Manufacturing has served to increase my interest. I think we’re capable of getting there.
I think big improvements in efficiency will be absolutely critical for our ongoing success.
