Doing Research On Business Process Mapping
I’ve got a bee in my bonnet lately about Business Process Mapping.
I figure learning more about flow charts and business maps could help us get our house in order here.
So I’ve been reading up on Business Mapping online. There’s a lot of good info out there, but it’s tough to know where to focus.
I’m not normally one for overly formalized processes, but we’ve gotten to the point where more organization is needed.
