Gifts for the Grandchildren
For the past four years, my mom has been making up Advent baskets for all of the grandchildren. Now this year she wants to do birthday gift baskets also. I think this is a great idea. She can pick up little things throughout the year when they are on sale and then just make up a basket right before someone’s birthday. It saves her money and she loves to find creative new things to include in each basket. She always does certain items like hair bows for the girls and toy cars for the boys, but at least one item in each basket is geared to a child’s particular interest. I’m sure my kids will love them.
