Stretching To Avoid Strains

Stretching is effective when the muscles are warm, so after an easy, free 10-minute walk on the treadmill stretch for ten minutes, then continue walking. Thereafter every five minutes walk, take a minute of stretching hamstring, quadriceps, calf, lower back and shoulder in cycle. Continue the treadmill workouts for 40 minutes.
