How Do You Say Goodbye?
How do you say goodbye to someone who has been in your life since you were born. I recently lost my Grandpa and I struggled to even imagine a life without him. I believe that everyone deals with loss in a different way and my way was to write about my feelings. It is good for your soul and your mind to release these emotions in whatever for possible. Some people will give a funeral speech while others write about it in their journals. I think that whatever method that you use to cope, it is important to say goodbye in your own way.
