Dry Cherry Wine
I know that it may seem like quite a contrast but I like my wines to be dry, heavy and buttery but I also like a bit on the sweet side to balance out the tastes. What is more is that I really do like cherry wine that can encompass all of these qualities. Sounds like a challenge doesn’t it? I seem to think so too but I have been searching and searching and I am sure that either I can create a recipe on my own or there has to be someone out there that also prefers the same type and has this recipe.
